Jump Azur Competition 2010
23.03.2010 10:43
Since its beginnings in 2008, the Domaine Equestre des Grands Pins has become an important destination for riders of all levels. Just an hour from Monaco, and 30 minutes from St Tropez, surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in the south of France, these stables offer high class installations. This year Jump Azur, in association with the Domaine, has organised top quality events for your entertainment. The construction of two new outdoor arenas, together with the existing one, provides a truly exceptional venue.
Jump Azur are keen to innovate in their organisation of equestrian events. For each competition, their young and dynamic team aim to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere by installing game rooms (WII, Table Football, Pin Ball....) and rest areas, as well as an italian gastronomic restaurant (with a specialty of ravioli aux truffes and foie gras).
Martina Hingis, a long time friend of the Jump Azur team, and today a competitive horsewoman, will be guest of honour for their first international competition from 16 March until 18th April 2010.

Four days of international equestrian sports at the highest level
For the second time since the construction of the "Domaine Equestre des Grands
Pins", the center of equestrian sports in Vidauban, managed by both jumping and
dressage rider Bernadette Brune, hosted the international elite.
Four days of dressage and show jumping at the highest level located within pine trees and vineyards – just like the previous year – this particular tournament attracted many international star riders such as Athina Onassis de Miranda, Edwina Alexander, Philippe Rozier as well as the French dressage champion and Olympic athlete Marc Boblet, into the heart of the Provence.
150 riders from 23 nations were competing between Thursday, June 18 and Sunday, June 21, as part of the announced 18 show jumping and 8 dressage tests, while an experienced team behind the scenes assured smooth proceedings.
